I. File formats in latex

Here is the general procedure for submitting an article. First, select the type of article you want to submit. If it is a research paper, the one shown in the picture will do.
III. Attach Files
Top priority! The place where things often go wrong. If you're writing in word, you can just submit it. If you're writing in latex, there are too many potholes for newbies to walk through! First, the various explanations

As for the cover letter: there are templates on Baidu and Zhihu, just follow them. When writing something in latex, if you upload the wrong thing, you get the wrong version of what I have below!

- open article:make your article free and open to all readers
- subscription article: make your article viewable to readers who subscribe to the magazine
There are also fees involved, so to be on the safe side, I went with the second one first.
